While we do not offer free returns, we now offer return shipping coverage! Opt-in to return coverage at checkout to receive a return label for your order should you need to return or exchange any items. You can optionally opt in to return coverage by paying a charge starting at CA$3.98 to cover the return cost for that specific order. This means that if you need to return or exchange one or more items in that order, you will not be charged for a return shipping label. You'll see the option in the cart and at checkout, and can choose to opt in or out with each order. The CA$3.98+ return coverage is non-refundable.
If you choose to check out without Return shipping coverage, you will be liable for the return shipping label. We will provide Canada Post return labels at a discounted rate, which typically start around $10+ for locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Alternatively, you can provide your own label or drop off at our Etobicoke store.
